Carlos Gregory founded therealfund and through its affiliates focuses on investing in multi-family, commercial assets and operating companies that support the real estate sector.

Carlos has specific experience in Central and North Florida markets. In his role he conducts in-depth market analysis, feasibility studies, business planning and execution. Having been involved in the real estate industry through significant economic events in 2001 and 2008 along with the rise thereafter, he calls on 20 years of substantial experience when assessing risk and returns.
